Caribbean Cruise Options

Antigua  English Harbour has been a favorite haunt of the yachting set for years and no wonder.  The dockyard has been faithfully restored and is now a museum and active marina.  It's also known for its tennis and golf resorts and the cottage industry of pottery making.

Aruba  The island's capital, Oranjestad, has a bustling shopping district, a colorful harbor filled with fishing boats, and beautiful, aquamarine waters.  Cacti, unusual divi divi trees and the boulders of Casibari Rock mark the interior.

Barbados  Enjoy the pink-tinged coral sand on the lovely beaches, the sugar cane fields, the quaint British influences and the many sport and sightseeing opportunities.

Caracas  Be sure to take one of the many excursions offered to enhance your experience of Caracas, a major South American city with a rich historical center. 

CocoCay This tropical island, reserved for Royal Caribbean guests, features two gorgeous palm lined beaches and  a beautiful lagoon. Go snorkeling, sailboating or paddle boating, or even Parasail over CocoCay and experience breathtaking views from 400 feet.

Cozumel   Tulum on the Mexican coast is not to be missed. Closer by are the Mayan ruins of San Gervasio.  Take your pick, or spend your time exploring Cozumel by semi-submarine, sailing catamaran or snorkeling with New Waves.

Curacao  The island was discovered in 1499 by Amerigo Vespucci, came under the control of the Dutch West India Company in 1634 and was included in the Kingdom of the Netherlands in 1954.  Enjoy the pastel colored gable houses and some of the clearest waters in the Caribbean.

Dominica  This unspoiled eco-tour destination has tropical rainforests, waterfalls, flowers and rugged mountain scenery.  See the only remaining Carib Indian Tribes in the world, tour Morne Trois Pitons National Park, snorkel the famous champagne reef and marvel at the beauty around you.

Grand Cayman This charming British-influenced island offering everything from an 800-foot dive aboard a research submarine to a dramatic flightseeing tour around the island.  If you think you've tried everything, join one of the New Waves snorkeling adventures to see the spectacular reefs, or the world renowned stingrays that will eat right out of your hand.

Grenada  If you smell nutmeg in the air when you step off the ship in Grenada, it's because this is the spice capital of the world.  But there's much more to this tiny island including a beautiful harbor town and luxuriant vegetation.

Hispaniola This tropical paradise, reserved exclusively for Royal Caribbean guests, features pristine beaches, walking trails and panoramic vistas. Go snorkeling, paddle boating, parasailing or kayaking.

Isla Margarita  Visit the lovely La Restinga National Park, take a drive along the Peninsula of Macanao, enjoy the beautiful Playa del Agua and La Caracola beaches and shop for hand-made hammocks on this Venezuelan island in the Caribbean Sea.

Key West See the only living coral reef in the continental US through a glass-bottom boat.  Take a nature bike tour through the back streets of old Key West, or kayak through the calm waters surrounding Key West.

Martinique  The natural splendor of Martinique, especially evident in the spectacular interior rain forest region, is a great setting for the main town of fort-de-France, the Balata Church, a replica of Paris' Sacre-Coeur, and the ruins of St. Pierre, the city destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Pelee in 1902.

Nassau Enjoy a day of sailing, sunning, snorkeling, scuba diving or playing Golf at the South Ocean Golf Course.  Shop in the legendary Straw Market,  visit the "Sea Gardens" aboard the Seaworld Explorer, an underwater observatory, pet a dolphin at Dolphin Encounter or watch the famous marching pink flamingos in Ardastra Gardens and Conservation Center.

Ocho Rios  A bustling town on the north shore of Jamaica, said to be one of the Caribbean's most beautiful isles.  Decide for yourself as you take in the green hills backing the bustling town of Ocho Rios, the majestic splash of Dunn's River Falls and lush tropical plantations of days gone by.

Princess Cays  This is Princess' own private island where you can enjoy the secluded beach, festive island barbeque, and an wide variety of watersports.  You can rent everything from Waverunners and kayaks to sunfish and catamarans.  The kids will love Pelican's Perch.

St. Croix  Go golfing at the Robert Trent Jones designed Westin Carambola Beach Resort, one of the Caribbean's most famous golf courses or take a charter boat to Buck Island Reef National Monument, where you can explore its fascinating reef-a snorkeling adventure perfect for all levels of snorkelers.

San Juan  For a taste of the 16th century, visit the narrow, cobblestone lanes of Old San Juan and El Morrow Castle.  Or, visit the rainforest, El Yunque and see the waterfall once believed to be the the Fountain of Youth.

St. Kitts  Basseterre, the island's capital, has a main square with an ornate Victorian clock tower.  Visit the Brinstone Hill Fortress.  You'll also find a stately Georgian Government House, an historic Anglican church, and many other examples of West Indian architecture.  All amidst beautiful beaches and lush flowers.

St. Lucia  This is paradise in the Caribbean.  The lush forests, the twin peaks of the Pitons, the lovely Marigot Bay and the charming French atmosphere of Castries, the capital city, are all impossible to forget.

St. Maarten  This charming island, half Dutch and half French, and is packed with adventures.  There are informative island tours, sidewalk cafe's, relaxing white-sand beaches, open air markets, island artists, sport fishing and the America's Cup sailing regatta.

St. Thomas  The premiere U.S. Virgin Island, St. Thomas is the place to shop, tour by helicopter, submarine or sailboat, and to enjoy beautiful beaches like Magens Bay.

Tortola  Road Town, the capital of the British Virgin Islands, is where most activity begins and ends on Tortola.  Don't miss Mt. Sage and its great views, and the primeval rain forest on its slopes. 

Trinidad  A member of the British Commonwealth, Trinidad is the Caribbean's southernmost island.  Its flora and fauna resemble that of its neighbor, Venezuela, and its northern range of mountains are a continuation of the South American Cordillera.
